Our IMPACT
As a social enterprise within the Kisharon Langdon community, New Chapters is more than just a bookstore. We provide a real and supportive first step into the world of paid employment for people with additional needs. In our London warehouse, our blended team of service users and volunteers runs the entire business, building life-changing skills in stock management, IT, e-commerce, and customer service. Every book you buy from us directly funds this mission, creating a new chapter not just for the book, but for the remarkable individuals on our team.
